Anything beyond simple Series EE bond entry/update/display/save. This implies all series will work at least for basic use. Cannot make any claims for more advanced uses.
US Treasury offers some sort of online interface for non-Window$ users, so I don't think this should be a deal-breaker for linux conversion if you are worried about it. I've not tried the online US Treasury interface, however.
