Everything. To install just copy the file "WINMINE.EXE" (on Windows 3.1 it is located in C:\WINDOWS) to your wine folder and your done. In my experience there is no need to change the Wine settings to run it in compatibility for Windows 3.1, it runs well with the default settings.

If your version of Wine has WineMine on it and if you do not want WineMine & Minesweeper to share the same highscores then you should choose the 16bit version instead of the 32bit one. The 16bit version does not conflict with WineMine but the 32bit version does.
