What works
The game runs very well, but the audio problem remains. I believe it is a game bug, not a wine issue.
It starts normally, but when you call the helpers, the sound stops working. Copy from other test result, "this is NOT a Wine issue, this also occurs on Win XP and higher versions. There is a notation about in Readme.txt of the original CD. This game was originally designed for Windows 95 and DOS."That is not possible to install using CD, but you can copy files from it to hard drive.

Additional Comments
How to install:
1. Copy all files from CD to HD;
2. Edit ALIFE.INI and set the resolution (I set 1920x1080, works well) and change the resource file and CD path to:
Resource file = alife.000
CD Path = alife.000
3. Run "wine ALIFE.EXE" on the console or create a .desktop icon in ~/.local/share/applications.
