The entire game works, from installation to playability.
What does not
Upon starting the game, I have intermitently gotten a warning gui box stating that an error has occurred and that I should look at the appdb.winehq.org website for information. However, upon clicking OK, I am able to continue playing with no difficulties.
What was not tested
End-game sequence since I have not finished it since this version of wine.
The only issue is that sometimes it brings up an exception dialog; however, ignoring the error seems like the appropriate response as the game continues to play without problems.

To install simply run the installation as follows:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ole32,oleaut32,rpcrt4=n" wine d:setup.exe
Note: Replace d: with your CD-ROM drive, but be sure that you have it in the form of a drive letter otherwise when you run the application it will not be able to find the CD. So go winecfg and click on drives to get the set up properly.
Running the game:
Once setup has been run and CaesarIII is installed you can run it by simply typing:
Note: This assumes that you are in the terminal and already in the directory that CaesarIII is installed (for example: .wine/drive_c/Caesar3/)
