Specs: - Ubuntu 8.04 - Kernel 2.6.24-26-generic - Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3,16GHz - 4GB RAM - ATI HD4870 512MB (using official "ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series" driver Release 9.10) - Window manager: metacity Comments: - The editor itself runs perfectly. Tested it for an hour or so, without any problems. - If you cannot set the language, try to do this in the "Config.ini" file. "language = English" if you want english or "German" for german, ... - This editor can also be used to create .mid files for the free game "FretsOnFire" that is available for linux. You just need to convert the .chart files into .mid files. To do this use the "Chart2Mid2Chart" tool. I used the java version of this tool, that runs also on linux.
