After initial install I got an error "80040154" and it referenced CLSID {00000535-0000-0010-8000-00AA006D2EA4}. This led me to know I needed to download and register msado15.dll (which I figured out after researching). Msado15.dll had a prerequiste dll - msdart.dll. I downloaded it but I didn't register it separately, I just registered msado15.dll. I registered msado15.dll using "wine regsvr32 msado15.dll". After that, when I try to run the program I get the error "Could not connect to the specified database using alternate method".
