What works

Everything Have to use native w32ldap.dll (in the same app 's directory) instead of the builtin one provided by Wine. Didn't test much so far, it's late! Quite everything, but this LdapAdmin runs mainly w32ldap.dll, and is all by itself as a standalone app. The LDAP logs show that WIne'w32ldap doesn't answer properly to the querys. Swapping those two DLL's does the trick.
