What was not tested
Whole game. Installing and Playing without xact and d3dx9.
As in the predecessor and in previous tests I installed xact and d3dx9 via winetricks beforehand and didn't even try without. Sound isn't totally free of issues if ALSA together with PulseAudio is used. Sometimes, but rather seldom, the game goes mute and I have to restart PulseAudio to get it working again (and restart the game of course). I didn't test OSS for very long however, so possibly there such a problem exists as well. A nice feature is that the game has got an extensive console output (not created by wine but the game itself), including but not limited to the console output in game. It lists a lot of errors there, such as meshes not found, but I didn't notice any such issues in the game.
