What works
Under basic Wine: Install successful winetricks (comctl32, comctl32.ocx, fontfix, mdac25) removes "Active X RunTIme Error 429" winetricks msscript and jet40 removes "Unable to open database, Run-time error '91' Hear arrow.wav sound, then registration dialog box appears, allows data entry (after clicking OK in popup error dialog).
What does not
a few seconds after registration dialog appears, popup declares "Run-time error '6' Overflow" "Submit Registration" button does not work, does not continue into main program.

The program may be finicky. Certain Windows XP installations display the 429 error, which some folks claim goes away after Office 2007 install. I verified the program to work on WinXP SP2 with Office 2003.
