When I full screen a ticket or a control pannel, I then cannot open a ticket (if control pannel) or another ticket (if ticket) or a task ticket (if a ticket) as Long as I don't full size it funcions. The ticket screen has one huge box that blocks access to customer name unless I set up ticket as a customer ticket (unstead of site ticket). Funcions, is buggy. Thank God I don't have to use it that often. (Version 5.01.02 Build 1313)
