What works
The installation works fine after I *renamed* the "user.exe" to, for example, "setup.exe". Otherwise, wine will segfaults.

Additional Comments
Wine is segfaulting with the application whose name is "user.exe". As Remedy supplies some versions with only one executable whose name is "user.exe", wine is not able to install. So I *renamed* it to, for example, "setup.exe" and wine installs fine the AR User Client. It runs but gives an error when I try to login ... (Version 5.01)
