Resolution Settings, you must do this manually with a text editor at '/Local Settings/Application Data/Ironclad Games/Sins of a Solar Empire/Setting/user.setting' file before you start the game.

Fonts are really big (overflow on game GUI) unless you download the font over-ride pack for the game.
