Even the installer didn't start. There was only one error message in console

Actually it was tested on Mandriva 2010.2 64 bits, but running wine for 32 bits.

Note that IE9 for Windows 7 claims to work with Windows Vista, but Windows Vista has its own, separate download.
Make sure you download the correct version.
