Additional Comments
Does not start unless wine is set to Win95, Win98 or WinME. Win95 is the only option which gives info about Clock speed in CPU->Clocks. Recommended to set wine in Win95 mode to get the most info.

Run the program in Win95, 98 or ME mode and it will work and show basic information.
This stuff won't get fixed in near future due to kernel drivers with direct hardware access.
See bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7876 for some patches to play with.
Though no useful information is returned due to restricted API/instruction usage.
Thanks to Anastasius Focht for this.
