What was not tested
Using winecfg, add cpuz.exe as a new application and set it to use Windows 98, otherwise it will complain that a previous driver is already installed and it needs 1.32 or newer (and no data will be available on any tab). Not sure how to fix that issue, but at least I get a bit more information... No changes from wine version 1.1.41.

Run the program in Win95, 98 or ME mode and it will work and show basic information.
This stuff won't get fixed in near future due to kernel drivers with direct hardware access.
See bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7876 for some patches to play with.
Though no useful information is returned due to restricted API/instruction usage.
Thanks to Anastasius Focht for this.
