What works
Installer partially works. Installer start, configure, install some required components (VC 2005, VBA, Mat Library etc), has workaround installed DWG TrueView. However NET Framework 3.5 SP1 fail to install. Respectively not installed all Inventor 2011 and other Framework dependent components (Design Review). However installer not hangs and correctly finish work. Installer correctly ending job.

I try manually install NET 2.0, 2.0SP2, 3.0 with winetricks before start main Inventor 2011 setup program. NET 2.0SP2 failed to install, other components installed correctly. After that, Inventor setup program install some more components, for example DWG TrueView 2011,Microsoft WSE 3.0 Runtime, and Microsoft Windows Media Format 9 Series Runtime. Bug 16956 still exist :(.
