Copy the old config files from your NT installation to the wine dirs:

C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Ipswitch\WS_FTP\wsftp_options.ini

C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Ipswitch\WS_FTP\Sites\original.ini
