What works

Installs. Runs.  Toolbox works and installs selected items - Clicked "Create test tones", "Convert audio file formats" and it installed NCH Tone generator and Switch Sound File Converter. "Options" button works.

What does not

Does not detect my CD-ROM drive. Upon launching the application, an error pops up that says, "No CD-ROM drives have been detected. If you believe this message to be in error then please see  for assistance." "Buy Online" button does nothing. "Help" button does nothing. Clicking on the URLs on the splash screen. (Cursor changes, but clicking does nothing) "Eject" and "Load" buttons do nothing.

What was not tested

Registration. Ripping a CD. Outputting to different formats. Switching between CD/DVD drives. Installing applications other than tone generator and file converter through the toolbox.

Additional Comments

Definition of the "Garbage" rating says "An application gets this rating if it cannot be used for the purpose it was designed for." so although the application installs and runs just fine, not being able to see my drive makes it unusable. The CD is detected and mounted. I can play the CD through Rhythmbox.
