What works

All built in tools, adjustments, effects, utilities, and layers settings. 

This includes functions such as: layer opacity, layer blending, layer merging, selection, moving selections, copying, cutting, pasting, resizing, scaling, history, etc.

Opening files and saving files with all extensions as well as the "Open Recent" tab.

Anything else not listed as not working or untested.

What does not

Dragging and dropping a file into the app will cause it to hang. You must copy a file and paste it instead or use the file selection feature.

Acquiring and printing functionality. Trying to print or to acquire an image from a scanner/camera gives the following error: "The Windows Image Acquisition library, "wiaaut.dll" is unavailible." 

Workarounds

Issue: Most fonts rendering as solid black rectangles when using the text tool.

Solution: Set Windows version to Windows 2003. This does not appear to affect any other functionality of the program. It does, however, change the error for printing/acquiring from the one listed above to "To use this feature you must enable the Windows Image Acquisition system service."
