There are a few problems with the Premium graphical setting when using Catalyst drivers, the shaders are superimposed and are not cleared at the correct time. That makes playing with a white background nearly impossible (the whole screen is dark), so you need to switch to either black or grey background. But it's not a Wine issue, I believe. Using an AMD Radeon HD4890.
