Additional Comments

Tested on Wine 1.1.31, then upgraded and retested on Wine 1.1.43. The upgrade fixed most of the problems I encountered with this version of Spotify. I tried to import local files to Spotify, but as I only have .m4a files, and Spotify doesn't support it (yet), I didn't bother to test that function anymore, and left it "untested".
