Launcher buttons aren't visible. You can resize the main windows of the launcher at the bottom to make then visible. They are hidden behind.
To make the launcher work, dotnet40 via winetricks has to be installed.

Installation works, .Net 4.0 might not get installed correctly. To work around this, install dotnet40 via winetricks. The Launcher is the only requirement of this game for .NET4.0. The games runs without it. If you don't need the launcher run OC1.1.exe directly to play the game and edit the config.ini in {Outcast directory}/userdata/ manually.
