What works
Messaging (channel and private), CTCP (finger, ping, etc), colors/themes, all right click functions such as kick/op and all menu items as well as SSL for secure connections. Scripting also works.
What does not
Certain hyperlinks within the applications such as register, license agreement, etc. Some links do nothing while others will open an infinite number of winebrowser app spawns in an attempt to launch Internet Explorer to open the link.
Workarounds
Hyperlink issue can be resolved by having IE open BEFORE any links are clicked on, if any links are clicked prior and the winebrowser keeps spawning in menu/panel opening IE will stop the spawns and close any attempts that had already happened as well as opening link correctly.
