- Install .NET20 via Winetricks - Install 'GDIPLUS.DLL' via Winetricks - Install 'DXSETUP.EXE' from your Vokabeltrainer dvd ('Prereq' > 'DX9C') - Install corefonts using Winetricks If you have Langenscheidt Vokabeltrainer 5.0 as iso, you can mount the iso. For this, you need package 'kde-service-menu-fuseiso' (from 'universe' repository). Then you can simply right-click the iso file and choose 'Actions' > 'Mount/unmount CD-Image'. In KDE 4.8 (Kubuntu 12.04), I wasn't able to start the Vokabeltrainer software via the Wine shortcuts menu (Wine > Programs). It works, however, when right-clicking the 'Vokabeltrainer.exe' from '/home/yourusername/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Vokabeltrainer 5/' and choosing 'Open with' > 'Wine Windows Program Loader'. You can make a shortcut in KDE start menu: 1. Right-click on Kubuntu start menu button and choose 'Edit Applications...' 2. Choose 'New Item' and enter a name for it, e.g. 'Langenscheidt Vokabeltrainer' 3. At 'Command', enter: wine "c:\\Program Files\\Vokabeltrainer 5\\Vokabeltrainer.exe" 4. Click 'Save'.
