Didn't have to do anything, everything worked just as expected. Even installed the 64-bit version of Photoshop even though it didn't work. The 32-bit version still works. Did not succeed installing After Effects and Premiere but those are unsupported 64-bit softwares.

Needs a wine from git with b8965ee7c90a687af4c84ad0ede73b1df901e16c reverted and patch applied.
Install msxml3 and msxml6 through winetricks and run Setup.exe.
From what I've found, after doing this, the installer will pop up, you can go through the steps, but in the installing step, it will fail.
If you look at the log in Common Files\Adobe\OOBE, it will say "User cancelled" and the payload of presumably the first installation unit (an MSVC runtime).
