Mostly everything so far. Mouse support works a lot better than in previous versions as well.

So far the cut scene FEAR headquarters with the line "essential vitamins and nutrients?" which freezes.

In this game and in FEAR 2 with this version of Wine the guns\arms of the player character are translucent like glass.
