It is a regression, until `few versions ago' it worked fairly well. You could not save a new file, but it could be worked-around simply starting from an empty .esp file. The error is a failed assertion: struction set.exe: ../../../wine/dlls/comctl32/tab.c:159: TAB_GetItem: Assertion `i >= 0 && i < infoPtr->uNumItem' failed.
