What works
Basically, everything. All options work without any tweaking. Generating a batch file to delete duplicates works.
What does not
A batch file created by the program to replace duplicates with hard links won't work by default (it'll delete the duplicates instead). To make this work, you need to copy fsutil.exe from Windows to Wine's system32.

What was not tested
Error handling when hard link creation isn't supported (FAT) or the maximum number of hard links have been created.
