What was not tested
A lot of stuff, actually. It is a huge program.
Tested on Wine 1.1.42, which is the current version on Ubuntu. I had to start from an empty .wine folder, i.e. I removed the $HOME/.wine folder. I used winetricks to install/enable mfc42, jet40, native_oleaut32, then installed Enterprise Architect.

The builtin msxml4 isn't good enough to support Enterprise Architect.
You must install msxml4 via winetricks
