In file Data/Settings set "Allow Music" to "FALSE". It enables to start new game, quick start or start tutorial. Music still doesn't worck :(

Additional Comments

Probably needs 32 bit wineprefix. 'quartz' library has to be installed. For example with winetricks: 'winetricks quartz'. Game also probably needs wine mono or Microsoft .NET(but I'm not sure).
