What works
Installation is functionally perfect, though graphics are of poor quality so you may struggle if you have not installed this application before. The first time the application launches, it asks for login details as normal, then restarts. The program by default will not run, it will throw an error about missing MDAC 2.0 or high, searching for 'MDAC' should yield a link form micrsoft to download. After installing MDAC (I tested using MDAC 2.8, which I think is the latest and last version) Cconnect Launches with out any issues. You are able to change your settings using the normal GUI as well open a list of All Users and Logon Servers.
What does not
Its seems that Cconnect is not able to connect to the database properly and as such is not able to search for users. It does not bring up the list of computers the user is logged into nor does it pop-up a message saying the user is not logged in. The list of All users and Logon servers are also both blank.
Workarounds
What was not tested
As you are not able to perform a search for users, I was unable to test if it will 'log off user' or 'delete computer'. I also did not test 'Clear Database', but then I have never used that feature yet.

Additional Comments
Not sure if this should be actually rated as garbage, it does run stably under wine, it just can't do the relatively specific task for which it was made. Admin note: rating changed to conform to the rating definitions.
