Additional Comments

AMD Radeon RX580 POLARIS10, DRM 3.26.0, 4.18.0-13-generic, LLVM 7.0.1, OpenGL 4.5,  Mesa 19.1.0-devel

Just install Steam, preferably via Lutris or PlayOnLinux, then install the game, then launch it. It just does what it's supposed to do just like in Windows (unfortunately also including bugs that are present in Windows like the broken splash screen)
