What works

I have fully played through the main game and both expansions; everything tested (starting the game, using the ingame menus & configuring the game, full gameplay - everything except multiplayer, which was not tested) works perfectly and performance is great, even on the system with Intel graphics, however some workarounds are required to get it to start.

What does not

The game won't start unless you use some workarounds. In addition some systems may have mouse control issues requiring another workaround.

Workarounds

If you have an Nvidia GPU using the proprietary drivers then you need to add this to the registry: http://bugs.winehq.org/attachm... (from an earlier report) and set this environment variable when running the game: __GL_ExtensionStringVersion=17700

If you're using the open graphics drivers you only need to set this environment variable when running the game: MESA_EXTENSION_MAX_YEAR=2002 (contrary to other reports I found that setting it to 2003 still resulted in crashes).

On some systems there may be mouse control issues rendering the game unplayable, e.g. the mouse cursor may be stuck within a small section of the display (this was the case with my system with Intel graphics) - if this happens then it will also be necessary to set MouseWarpOverride to "force".
