Used a clean 32-bit wineprefix WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=/opt/wine/wic wineboot Installation and patching straight forward (mounted iso image with gCDEmu) WINEPREFIX=/opt/wine/wic wine setup.exe WINEPREFIX=/opt/wine/wic wine world_in_conflict_1.000_to_1.010_de.exe WINEPREFIX=/opt/wine/wic wine world_in_conflict_1.010_to_1.011_de.exe Disable DX10: Run winecfg, add d3d10 and set to disable Replace dxdiagn.dll: Download from and move to /opt/wine/wic/drive_c/windows/system32 Run winecfg, add dxdiagn and set to native More informations can be found in the HowTo on this page: With patch 1.010 SecuROM has been removed, no key required for LAN play.
