• Sound is broken (solvable)
• Some major key combinations are binded by the system (solvable)
• Some data is not displayed: when you select units there should be a selection box, but it is invisible; in 2D map mode blinking points are not displayed. (still the game is playable)
  
• The construction menu is totally broken (unsolvable), which makes the game unplayable

Additional Comments

To fix the sound issue, open wine config, "Audio" tab and switch "Hardware acceleration" to "emulation" To fix key combinations, in wine config uncheck all options in "Window options" All the menus in the game work fine, except for the construction menu. You can open it and close it, but you can not use it. If it wasn't up to this issue, I would rate the game "Gold". Dll override doesn't help.
