Game crashed on startup at first.
Workarounds
Requires wintricks d3dx9_42 xact d3dcompiler_42. Ok to use vcrun2008 installed by the installer. I used WinXP, but probably doesn't matter. There will be a few errors after the install, but those can be ignored. Game runs great with this.
