I tested version 220.127.116.1175. As with John's review, I was able to read with no apparent issues.
All options for a book in my library worked: read now, buy now (external link), remove local copy, move to archive and details. My archive worked similarly.
I was unable to add local content to my library - I received a 'This file has already been added to your library. (error: 1013)' error. The files I attempted to add definitely were not in my library either before or after I tried to add them. A quick web search indicates this may be an issue with the application, not the application running under wine.
Full screen works, but seems to take ownership of your entire desktop; you can regain control with some creative clicking and escaping, or alt+tab if those don't work. Bookmarks work. Highlights and annotations work.
This was a link to my browser, and worked fine. I opened the link, bought a new book and was able to download it and start reading right away.
Reader settings seem to work, as do account settings.
What does not
Nothing so far.
What was not tested
I ran a cursory test of every option I could find.
Everything worked for me out of the box.
