eac3to is a command-line tool primarily used to create audio tracks. It can use E-AC3, TrueHD, PCM, DTS-HD and FLAC for input, and convert to AC3, DTS, WAV, or FLAC output. It is capable of converting between PAL-sourced audio and NTSC-sourced audio, is a fully-functional piece of audio conversion, a must-have for anyone doing any serious video ripping.
It also works as a track extractor from VOB, EVO, M2TS containers, if you need to extract the raw encoded streams. Can extract video streams, audio streams, chapters streams, and subtitles streams.
As near as I can tell, everything works.
What does not
I believe it all works.
What was not tested
There are many options, I have not tested them all, but there is no indication that any of the switches would cause this software to fail.
