The official is system requirement is XP (with SP2) or Vista. With Wine, the user interface is ugly and its elements disappear with the XP profile, but works well with the Vista profile. The application is much slower with Wine than with Windows. I did a Full installation, with all the data copied to the hard drive. All in all, it does work for normal use.
