What works
INSTALL: 1# Version Microsoft Version 2.0 .net Framework must be installed first. Get the instructions for a manual install version 2.0 .net framework. http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=3754 2# Then install Genericode ME 9.3.2 and "click cancel" on the update for .net, and "click cancel" on Genericode ME update. I have the program working great on Ferdora 13.
What does not
*IF YOU HAVE THIS ISSUE, YOU DIDNT INSTALL .net Framework 2.0 first However at this time I am un able to get the windows version working in wine for linux. When opening in wine it will act like open a window for ".NET Update Required". I hit the button "Download & Install" it starts then says "DOWNLOAD failed". I click cancel, then another window "Genericode ME Update" appears. I hit the button "Download & Install" it starts then says "DOWNLOAD failed" and click cancel. Now everything looks normal. Wrong. If you click Vehicle, then say Ford, Focus, 2001, then you click to highlight the series code. It does not bring up any of the buttons on the bottom without errors, except bring up for "Tumbler" once, and "Opening Info". Now I want to use your service but I must know that I will pay only if you can get it to work.
