I had some problem browsing to the mount points of the target folders during initial setup. Had to type in Z:\ before I could browse through that tree.
What was not tested
Advanced features such as filters
Nice graphical interface. Worked much better than linux synchronizers (unison, luckybackup and rsync. No problems with ownership, permissions, and capitals versus lower case.

I have contacted Siber Systems, the company behind goodsync, giving them some tips and feedback on how to make their app work better under wine, trying to get this clumsy setup thing fixed and they replied to me that they will be releasing a native Linux version as soon as this week (10/09/2012). So much for coincidences I guess.
