Everything seems to work fine besides the two minor issues described in the "What does not work" section. MIDI was tested, it works.
What does not
The menu bar commands are not clickable (there is a workaround for that below).
Labels for rack instruments do not show text when they're vertical (the instrument is expanded). However, they do show text when horizontal, as expected.
For the unclickable menu bar commands: Press the left Alt button (do not hold it down), then press the down arrow key. It will bring up the menu for the "File" command in the upper left corner. You can click on menu items with your mouse or use the arrow keys. To navigate between menus, press the left/right arrow key.
What was not tested
The WineASIO driver.
During the installation process, you could have a problem with Reason's splash screen covering up windows asking to insert an installation disc or enter details such as the serial number. You'd have to drag those windows somewhere else using a different way, most window managers should offer an option to drag them with a key combination. GNOME Shell for example lets you do this by pressing Alt+F7.
