What works
Everything seems OK, only if you choose PyScripter.exe in "apps" folder, not PyScripter-Portable.exe in main folder. See http://groups.google.com/group/portablepython/browse_thread/thread/f16eb03ee33c923f
What does not
Launching PyScripter-Portable.exe (in main folder).

Additional Comments
Mind don't launch "PyScripter-Portable.exe" but ./apps/PyScripter.exe (PyScripter.exe in subdirectory "apps"). See http://groups.google.com/group/portablepython/browse_thread/thread/f16eb03ee33c923f Tested : PortablePython_1.1_py3.0.1.exe (v.1.9.9.6) latest version for Python 3.x at the moment. With Wine v.1.1.42 on Ubuntu 10.04.
