What works
Out-of-the-box, nothing works. But it works if you install the native vcrun2008 DLLs. Here is a simple command-line: wine AlphaVespucci.exe -p ~/.minecraft/saves/World1/
What does not
Running it throws this error: Unhandled exception: unimplemented function msvcp90.dll.?end@?$basic_string@DU?$char_traits@D@std@@V?$allocator@D@2@@st called in 32-bit code (0x7ed85ef3).

I haven't tested any "advanced" option. I just did the most basic test: running with (almost) default parameters.
