What works
Install. First use winetricks to download mdac2.8 and jet40. I also downloaded MS Access 2007, but not sure if necessary.
Paywindow required a dll that is not present into wine for add it follow this line.
1) Download dll from one of this link:

2) Copy dll into system32 folder of wine
Default path of folder is: ~/.wine/dosdevices/c:/windows/system32
Program menus and database retrieval and update.
