What works
Seems to run flawlessly. I have a Radeon HD5850 graphics card and use the standard r600g open source drivers from Debian repository. The performance is not that good if I use high settings like under Windows, but with medium settings it's ok (1280x1024).
What does not
I had some flickering problems once. After a restart they were gone and did not come back. Using Alt+Tab to switch to another program does not work.

I did not install it with wine, but used a pre-exisiting installation from a Windows partition.
