I've found nothing that doesn't work in the program itself.
What does not
The installer doesn't scale properly to the window opened by Wine. This means there it is not possible to get at the tick-boxes to not install Ask.com toolbar.
Because the installer can't be stopped from installing the Ask.com toolbar (see above) this has to be removed manually later.
What was not tested
Some of the drawing and commenting tools.
As far as I can tell the program itself runs faultlessly the only slight problem is with the installer.
