had to apply a couple of library overrides to get it working: - rasapi32 (native) - wininet (native, builtin) Without these overrides, the app fails trying to connect to the server and doesn't allow you to continue. With these overrides, the app reports a "minor error" but lets you continue with the offline capabilities.
