!!!This workaround shut be "Quick and Dirty" but it works for me!!! I use KDE 64 bit and in Dolphin (Filemanger) i was not able to start the installation with root privileges. In the terminal, no problem. 1. copy install exe to /home/YOURUSERNAME/.wine/dosdevices/c:/ 2. The install only works with root privileges and you have to provide the full path in the terminal for instance : sudo wine /home/YOURUSERNAME/.wine/dosdevices/c:/fdminst.exe 3. to start the app after installation you need root privileges for instance: kdesu wine /home/YOURUSERNAME/.wine/dosdevices/c:/Programme/Free\ Download\ Manager/fdm.exe (Gnomeuser have to replace "kdesu" with "gksu") I use this commandline in an applikationstarter ;-) Please feel free to comment

Fails to Start After First Run

This application works acceptably the first time it is run after installation, but subsequent attempts to start it fail.

Please use the latest 3.8 RC version, which runs flawlessly out of the box.
