Everything works so far. No trouble whatsoever. I've had hours of gameplay with absolutely NO errors or crashes. Starts up like it does on a Windows machine.
What does not
Everything works fine as I said.

As the platinum rating says, it works flawlessly out of the box. I used an ISO image though for running the game. If you do have an ISO image and don't know how to run RollerCoaster Tycoon then here's the steps. For 10.04 Ubuntu at least but I'm sure it works on most other linux distros anyway. sudo mount -o loop /directory/for/rollercoastertycoon.iso /media media is my choice for a mounting directory. then just go ahead and run the setup.exe and it will install it in your .wine/drive_c/program files folder. Go to the program files folder and execute the program and enjoy your game! It's still fun even though it's years old.
